Stuck in a rut eh?
Mind if I offer some friendly advice?
The trick to getting out of a rut is to not try and draw something complicated that will take a long time to draw. Draw something simple and make sure you finish it, that way you have the satisfaction of seeing something from beginning to the end. What is an animation if not just a bunch of small drawings strung together?
Do this a few times and your confidence should come back to you.
Trust me, I'm speaking from experience. haha :P
